Hi, I’m Kate, the mind behind Rebelgetwell.

I’m Kate Santos, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Mind-Body Practitioner, and Holistic Lifestyle Coach.
I help you question the norm, listen to your body’s signals, and build a life where feeling exhausted, anxious, and “off” is no longer your baseline – it’s your wake-up call.

I believe your body is not the problem – the system is. Forty-hour work weeks, ultra-processed “food,” constant stimulation, legal toxins everywhere… none of this was designed with your health in mind.

My work is about helping you step out of autopilot, understand what your body is trying to tell you, and create a lifestyle that actually supports your physical, mental, and emotional health – not slowly burns it out.

The System Won’t Save You – And That’s Actually Good News

Let’s be honest:
The modern world is not designed with your health in mind.

We’re surrounded by:

  • Food engineered to be addictive, not nourishing.
  • Work structures that normalize chronic stress and burnout.
  • Environments full of toxins, blue light, noise, and pressure.
  • Messages that say “you’re fine” as long as your labs fit into a wide “normal” range.

Just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s good for you.
Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal.

When you grow up in this system, it’s easy to think:

“Of course I’m tired… everyone is.”
“Of course I have anxiety… that’s just life now.”
“Of course I’m on meds… I’m getting older.”

I disagree.

I believe:

  • Symptoms are not random – they’re your body talking to you.
  • Your body isn’t betraying you – it’s protecting you the only way it can.
  • Health is not just “not being sick” – it’s feeling energized, stable, and alive.

Once you realize the system isn’t going to take care of you, something powerful happens:
You stop waiting to be rescued, and you start taking responsibility – with support, tools, and real understanding.

Who I Work With

  • You want to understand your body instead of fighting it.
  • You’re willing to make changes – even if they’re uncomfortable – as long as you understand why they matter.
  • You feel symptoms now or you want to prevent them from exploding later.
  • You refuse to accept that getting older = getting sicker.

I’m not the right practitioner if you want:

  • Zero effort
  • Or someone to “fix you” while you stay exactly the same
